David Goodman – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

David is a graduate of George Washington University with a B.S. in Marketing.  Having graduated in May 1988, David has been involved in all areas of the business. You can say David grew up at Windowizards, as a child he often worked side by side with his father and he has spent most of his adult life in the family business.  In addition to his work at Windowizards David has used his entrepreneurial vision to start multiple ventures. Over the past years has been the driving force of change at Windowizards. He is personally responsible for the systems and processes in place at Windowizards. He currently oversees the IT department, development of technology, Marketing and Sales Management.

 

Larry Succa – Vice President – Retail Operations

Larry is a 33-year veteran of the building material industry and got his start at Windowizards.  Working for Windowizards directly out of high school, Larry began his career loading trucks and has climbed the ranks to become the President.  Larry oversees the operations of nine  Windowizards’ showrooms throughout five states, including the main distribution center in Bristol, PA.  Larry is married, has three children and resides in Warminster, PA.

 

Rich Friedenberg – Vice President -Installation

Rich is a graduate of the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.  After graduating in May 1991, Rich entered the publishing industry, where he worked for Lapidary Journal in Devon, PA.  During his three years at LJ, Rich climbed the ranks as he was promoted from sales assistant to holding many positions such as Editor, Sales Manager, and Special Projects Coordinator.  Rich joined Windowizards in July 1994 and quickly increased the productivity of the Installed Sales Department.  Under his supervision, the Department quintupled in size and has become the largest installer of windows and doors in the tri-state area.  Rich is married, has three children and resides in Churchville.

 

Terry Shiffert – Chief Financial Officer

Terry is a graduate from Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in accounting. Mr. Shiffert has been with Windowizards since 1994 following a 15 year career in public accounting. Terry oversees all aspects of financial and accounting functions for the company along with human resources and risk management.

 

George Hillesland – Operations Manager

George is another home grown manager at Windowizards.  He began his career with the company after having graduated high school and Bucks County Technical School.  He brought with him a vast knowledge of building, carpentry, and electrical familiarity which has allowed him to develop many facets our organization.  George is solely responsible for the operation of our door manufacturing plant, and he oversees different aspects of the company such as our Garage America and Door Magic divisions.  He also manages our purchasing and service departments.  George resides in Fairless Hills and has four children and six grandchildren. 

 

Stu Rosenthal – Sales Manager, Installed Sales

Stu joined the Windowizards family in 1991.  For over 15 years, Stu excelled as the company’s top outside salesman and garnered many awards during that time.  In June 2006, Stu was promoted to Sales Manager and now oversees the production of over 20 outside salespeople.  Stu is directly responsible for product training, order processing, and for ensuring that each Windowizards’ client receives the utmost respect and product expertise from our salespeople during our consultation and throughout the project.  Stu has two children and resides in Northeast Philadelphia.

 

Jack Petro – Sales Manager, Store Sales

Jack, as is the case with several others on our team has seemingly grown up in the Windowizards’ fold, His 22 year career at Windowizards began pushing a broom and working in our custom assembly shops, and since then he has been involved in all facets of the business from customer service to sales.  Throughout it all, with all the hard work and success, recognition awards, and accolades, one thing remains constant, Jack’s commitment and desire to meet and exceed our customer’s expectation each and every time. Jack is married, has four children and resides in Windowizards’ hometown of Bristol

 

 

Randy Overcash - Director of Dealer Operations

Randy has an impressive twenty plus year history of experience and knowledge in the window and home improvement industry, where he served as a salesman, National Sales Manager, and  then Vice President of Sales , for more than thirteen years  for a   thirty plus million dollar replacement window and door manufacturer.   He also represented the largest  U.S. window manufacturer, for three years, in the early 1990’s.    Prior to   entering the manufacturing segment of the industry, he spent four years selling replacement windows and siding in the retail home improvement business in North Carolina. Randy brings a strong and unique skill set; particularly in the areas of supervision, support, sales training, team building, management, and brand expansion. A native of North Carolina, Overcash currently lives with his fiancé and son in Chalfont, Pennsylvania.

Russ Dorrycott– Director of Sales

Russ is a 1982 graduate of Trenton State College with a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing.  Russ joins our team with 25 years experience in sales, sales management and business ownership in the office equipment, advertising, manufacturing and home improvement industries.   His unique set of business experiences and customer satisfaction driven philosophies suit him well in directing the Windowizards’ sales efforts.  Russ is married with three children and resides in Holland, PA.

Brad Sorkin – Installation Manager

Brad is a graduate from Widener University.  Shortly after his May 1991 graduation, Brad became a salesman in the wholesale furniture business.  After several years, Brad made a transition from that position to creating his own furniture delivery company, which he ran for eight years prior to joining Windowizards.  His delivery experience and oversight of furniture installations made his transition to Windowizards seamless.  Brad oversees all installations and is directly responsible for all facets of customer satisfaction.  He aims to provide Windowizards’ customers with quicker installations and perfect results.  Brad has been employed with Windowizards for over two years.   He is married, has two children and resides in Huntingdon Valley.
